Give Love Some Time, Give Love Some Space By Barry Dupont

Image Give love some time, give love some space,

give it some room and it will surly take its place.

Forget the pretence forget the façade,

all that love wants is you and me by its side.

No need for put-ons no need for disguise,

love accepts you and has you in its sights.

Leave the pretence leave the show,

love can tell what’s real for it knows.

Love is not a rule that one can break,

it is a law of life that we learn to partake.

Love is not weak, it is not feeble,

it possesses strength that has no equal.

Love needs time, it needs space,

not conditions which hides its face.

When I love you and you love me,

we are our true selves seeing Unity.

Love does not hate the ego,

but calms the fears to let it let go.
